Sundays at 8:15 AM and 10:30 AM.
Imagine a church where you don’t have to have all of the answers before you start the journey. At St. Mary’s, our invitation is to come as you are, with questions, convictions, fears, and needs. Wherever you are on your faith journey, our doors, minds and hearts are open. Open to doing things differently. Open to asking the hard questions. Open to change and challenge. Isn’t it time you stepped into a space where you, too, can be open to experiencing the presence and fullness of Jesus Christ?
Journey to a Spiritual Home
Are you curious about the Episcopal Church? Do you have questions about what it means to be an Episcopalian? What are the issues you have struggled with in the context of your faith? Have you been searching for a church community you can call “home”?
You are invited to four evenings of conversation and reflection about the Episcopal Church, St. Mary’s Church and how they might play a part in your spiritual journey. We will also cover some of the current faith issues we are all wrestling with. These evenings are especially helpful for those new to the Episcopal Church or new to St. Mary’s.
“Journey to a Spiritual Home” will be held Wednesdays at 7pm on February 24, March 10, 17 and 24 in the Parish House Library. There is a light supper served at 6:15pm if you wish to join us before the group meets. Please contact Sarah Boote (sarahboote@hotmail.com) or Rev. Judy Rhodes (revjudy139@verizon.net), or leave a message with Joan in the Parish Office to let us know of your interest in attending.
There will be an opportunity for confirmation, reception to the Episcopal Church or affirmation of faith during the Bishop's visits St. Mary’s on April 25, 2010.
